Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

And if we complained about it then your customer services blames our handsets and asks for changing the handset or formatting it, but in the same handset other network is working smoothly

@JioCare fantastic service.. Kudos. 1st month of subscription, 4G works slower than 3G.put request in customer care, scheduled engineer visit, it is rescheduled without informing. Then Internet and TV go total blank so it is No G. Call helpline, she repeats same lines

@JioCare Hi.I live in a gated community Springfield Rivera, ondipudur,Coimbatore.There are about 50 jio mobile connections. All have made repeated complaints about poor network signals inside house. Few actually ported out from jio. Can you provide a booster tower inside.
