The QuickBooks 2021 license may have been expired, which is why you were locked out of from the program. It also looks like you've purchased a one-year license, judging from the dates you've mentioned.
We can check the details of your license and the exact expiration date by going to CAMPS:
- Go to https://camps.intuit.com/ and log in.
- Select your QuickBooks Desktop product under Products & Services list.
- Click the Details button.
We'll want to renew your license to use the program again if it's expired.
There may be some offers for nonprofits, so I would recommend checking our support for this. They'll set you up and ensure you'll be able to record your entries again.
