If we are legalising your academic document there are some additional supporting documents required. If you are a British National we require a copy of your passport. If you are a non-British National that is studying, or has studied in the UK, we require a copy of your passport and a copy of your Tier 4 resident permit.

Attesting Degree or Masters
From June 2016 the Qatar embassy in London implemented new document requirements.
Individual certificates cannot be legalised on their own. The Embassy now requests that applications for attestation must include the following THREE documents-
- Certificate or Diploma
- Transcript
- A cover letter from the education provider (university of college) confirming ALL of the following points-
- The qualification and certificates authenticity
- The mode and type of study (e.g. full-time, part-time, distance learning, e-learning, face to face)
- The place of study and place where the examinations were held
- The awarded title of the certificate issued (Degree BSc or BA, Masters MA, or Doctorate PhD)
- The duration of the course studied
- The actual dates of study start date and end date)
We offer a reduced rate when legalising these three documents for use in Qatar.
(Please note, Qatar recognise most academic qualifications but refuse to accept Open University documents and any qualification gained via distance learning or an online programme)

Birth and Marriage certificates
Only original birth and marriage certificates can be legalised for use in Qatar. The apostille and attestation are directly applied to the back of your original documents or official registry certificates.
We can usually obtain official replacements of UK birth or marriage certificates if you do not have the original or prefer to retain the original for safekeeping. Let us know if you want us to do this.
Criminal Record Checks
Your future employed may request that you provide a criminal record check fully attested for Qatar. We can legalise all UK issued background checks including ACPO, ACRO, Disclosures, Police Letters, and Disclosure Scotland certificates.
