  • SBE Regulations means the written regulations and procedures adopted pursuant to this chapter for procurement of Supplies, Services and Public Works.

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • Land Use Regulations means all ordinances, resolutions and codes adopted by the City governing the development and use of land, including the permitted use of land, the density or intensity of use, subdivision requirements, the maximum height and size of proposed buildings, the provisions for reservation or Dedication of land for public purposes, and the design, improvement and construction and initial occupancy standards and specifications applicable to the Development of the Property. “Land Use Regulations” do not include any City or City-agency ordinance, resolution or code governing any of the following:

  • These regulations means 9VAC5-10 (General Definitions) through 9VAC5-80 (Permits for Stationary Sources).

  • the 2001 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001[63];

  • the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.

  • the 2007 Regulations means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007;

  • SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.

  • Advisers Act Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the Advisers Act.

  • the 2002 Regulations means the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002;

  • the 2000 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000(b); "the 2001 Regulations" means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001(c);

  • PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.

  • TRADES Regulations means the regulations of the United States Department of the Treasury, published at 31 C.F.R. Part 357, as amended from time to time. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms defined in the TRADES Regulations are used herein as therein defined.

  • CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.

  • OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.

  • CSD Regulations means the CSD’s rules and regulations applicable to the Issuer, the Agent and the Notes from time to time.

  • WHFIT Regulations Treasury Regulations section 1.671-5, as amended.

  • Market Abuse Regulation means Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse;

  • the 2010 Regulations means the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2010;

  • Medicare Regulations means, collectively, all federal statutes (whether set forth in Title XVIII of the Social Security Act or elsewhere) affecting the health insurance program for the aged and disabled established by Title XVIII of the Social Security Act and any statutes succeeding thereto; together with all applicable provisions of all rules, regulations, manuals and orders and administrative, reimbursem*nt and other guidelines having the force of law of all Governmental Authorities (including without limitation, Health and Human Services ("HHS"), HCFA, the Office of the Inspector General for HHS, or any Person succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing) promulgated pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing having the force of law, as each may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Applicable Regulations As to any Mortgage Loan, all federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations applicable thereto.

  • Regulation E includes specific rules for all parties involved governing the issuance and use of Debit Cards and the processing of On-line Debit Card Transactions.

  • Margin Regulations means Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, as in effect from time to time.

  • the 2012 Regulations means the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012;

  • Capital Instruments Regulations means the Delegated Regulation and any other rules or regulations of the Relevant Authority or which are otherwise applicable to the Issuer or the Group (as the case may be and, where applicable), whether introduced before or after the Issue Date of the relevant Series of Notes, which prescribe (alone or in conjunction with any other rules or regulations) the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for their inclusion in the Own Funds to the extent required under the CRD IV Package;

  • SAFE Rules and Regulations means collectively, the Circular 37 and any other applicable SAFE rules and regulations, as amended.
