Plano is a wonderful suburban community that prioritizes urban development and the quality of life of its residents, as seen through factors like safety conditions and recreational areas. One aspect of Plano's development that I particularly appreciate is the establishment of numerous asphalt roads in Plano that increase comfortability while commuting through the city. Despite the benefit of infrastructure improvements like this, I would like to see more green spaces that serve to improve air quality and foster greater social interaction in the outdoors.

Where in the hell are you finding "median" homes at $358k?! Plano is EXPENSIVE AF! After living nearly 40 years in Plano and surrounding burbs I can't wait to get out. Starter homes needing full remodels or already gutted are under bidding wars topping $400k. There's ZERO opportunity for anyone not rolling over another over-valued property into their house purchase without tapping the bank of rich relatives.
