Eviction Notice is a Roblox game developed by Peak Precision Studios. It is based on the TV series, Big Brother, and is the third real-life competition game made by Peak Precision Studios.

In the game, players will first challenge against each other in a Leader competition to obtain the House Leader(s) role. Once the first House Leader is established and two players or two duos are nominated, the nominated players must protect themselves from being evicted by competing in another competition, if won can grant the winner what is called a safety ability. The winner uses that ability either to save themselves or their duo and to substitute another player in their place to be voted out. The process will then keep repeating throughout the duration of the game until there are three players left, where there is no safety competition present. The finalists will have to go head-to-head in three back-to-back competitions. Winning two can grant you the ability to decide between the two finalists to evict. When there are two players left, the players that were eliminated will now vote for a player of their choice to win.

Gamemodes[]

In the game, players can vote between four game modes: Classic, Duos, Roulette and Assassin. Players will vote on the mode they wish to play. The game mode that get the most votes will play for that cast.

Classic[]

Also known as the default gamemode, players play solo and against each other.

Duos[]

In Duos, players will play with a partner, which they can choose by either sending a partner request (such as with a friend) or allowing the game to randomly pick for them within a 30-second timeframe expiring. If there is an odd number of players, a player may have to play alone for the duration of the game. This is the only gamemode that allows Comeback Competitions.

Roulette[]

In this gamemode, players play solo. Every nomination ceremony before the house leader nominates two players, the roulette will spin to choose one of each turnabouts that will affect the flow of the game. In the roulette are six options arranged from the most game changing (green), is neutral or is not that significant (gray) to the slightest (red). The roulette twist will be over at the same occasion as the disbandment of duos.

Assassin[]

In the assassin gamemode, one player will be chosen as the assassin at the beginning of the game, the innocent players will have to try figure out who the assassin is by the chosen player guessing who has placed a strike on them that round, this happens before votes to evict one of the nominees start. If they picked the wrong person, the strike will stay on them all game until an assassin has been guessed, then all strikes will be nullified and the assassin gets replaced.

Twists[]

Comeback Competition[]

A comeback competition as the name suggests, is where jury members fight their way for a chance to go back in the game. This twist stops simultaneously along with the disbandment of partners, which happens when three or four pairs of players remain. This can be any Leader competition, except for Clubbing. A comeback competition only happens once in every match. This twist is exclusive only in the Duos gamemode.

Speed Eviction[]

The events will go by faster than normal until the next person gets voted out. The timeframe is drastically reduced in intermissions between ceremonies. Speed Evictions usually happen in final four.

Gameplay[]

When the match starts, players will first vote for one of three gamemodes. The gamemode with the most votes will play for that cast. The players will now enter the house and shortly after, the first House Leader competition begins. The player (or duo) who won will become the house leader and has to nominate two players for eviction. In Duos, only the partner that won the competition will be allowed to nominate.

Once the nominees have been announced, a safety competition will begin. However, only six players can participate: the house leader(s), the nominees and another two or three other players selected at random will be allowed to play. The other players will be spectators. In the safety competition, players fight for a safety necklace which can be used to save a duo or a player depending on the mode that is being played. If the winner is a nominated player or a member of a nominated duo they can use it to save themselves and their partner. If any other players win the competition, they can choose to use the safety to remove one of the duos or players. They can also choose not to use their given ability.

If the safety ability is used in any way, the house leader must select a replacement nominee or a replacement duo depending on the gamemode. Once the safety ceremony has ended, there will be a few seconds of intermission, and so the eviction vote will begin. In the eviction vote, the two players or duos that have been nominated will have to face the votes of their housemates to see which player or duo stays and which player or duo will be evicted. The player(s) who have been nominated and the current house leaders will not be allowed to vote. Unless there is a tie, the house leader(s) will not vote. The other players will then vote between the two players or duos and vote whoever they want to be evicted out of the game. The nominee that received the most votes will be eliminated from the game and immediately leave the competition. A scene of the just evicted nominee(s) leaving the house will be shown. Once a player or duo have been evicted they will unable to play for the rest of the game.

Then the cycle will repeat with another house leader competition will begin with the other players that are still in the game. The most recent house leader(s) will not be allowed to play. This process goes on until three or four pairs remain in the game, thus duos will be disbanded and everyone that is still in the game will play solo.

Final Four[]

In final four, a speed eviction happens thus all events are sped up and intermission time is shorter. This is where the final safety competition happens, and all four players take part.

Final Three[]

Unlike the other rounds, three Leader competitions are played simultaneously. In the first round, all three players will compete in the competition. The winner of that round will skip ahead to the third part of the competition. The two other players will duel each other for the final spot in the third part of the house leader competition. The winner of the second part will face the winner of the first part in a duel to see who will be the final house leader. The two other players will automatically be nominated for competition. No safety competition will be played in the final three. Instead, the house leader will have a few seconds to decide to who they want to evict. The nominee who is chosen will be the last evictee.

Final Two[]

In the final two, there will be no competitions. The nominee that was not chosen by the Leader and the Leader themselves will move on to the final two. Each member of the jury will vote who they want to win the game. The votes will be tallied until one player has received a majority of the votes. The finalist with the most votes will be the winner of the game.
