III. Digital (Mobile/Internet) - Non-Bank

  1. GCash
    1. Register to GCash using your mobile number (ANY MOBILE NETWORK)
      • Download and Register on GCash via Apple Store or Google Playstore
      • Select “GCash”, and “REGISTER”. Enter details as required.
      • Enter registration details and you will be asked to confirm the details entered and agree on the “Terms and Conditions”.
      • Once transaction is successfully completed, you will receive an acknowledgement reflecting the successful registration and an instruction to change the MPIN for security purposes.
    2. Convert Cash to GCash (Cash-in)

      You can cash through:

      1. Go to the app and select Cash-in via online bank accounts available on the options OR
        Go to your nearest GCash outlet to fund your GCash wallet.
      2. You will receive an sms notification that your GCash Fund has been credited to your account
      3. Your money is now converted to GCash.
      4. Use your GCash wallet in paying your Pag-IBIG Fund’s MS/MP2/Housing loan amortization.
    3. Once your GCash wallet has been funded, you can pay your Pag-IBIG Fund’s MS/MP2/Housing loan amortization, as follows:
      • Dial *143# and choose GCash.
      • Enter the required details.
      • Once payment details are accomplished, a Transaction Summary will be displayed reflecting the program type and amount.
      • Confirmed the amount, type of transaction and PRN to complete the transaction.
      • Upon confirmation, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement message

      Note: You can also access GCash via Mobile App. Download is free thru App Store, Google Play or Blackberry Appworld.

    1. Visit the ECPay website at https://ecpay-online.ph/eApplication.
    2. The User is required to register using a Mobile Number. Password is also necessary for security reasons.
    3. Input your Pag-IBIG details then click “Validate”. The member-borrower will be able to see his/her payment details (e.g. Area Code, Contact Number, and the Amount to be paid). Also, the member-borrower may opt to change the amount to be paid.

      2. MP2 Account Number for the Modified Pag-IBIG2
      3. Housing Account Number (HAN) for housing loan amortization
    4. Upon clicking the 7-Eleven button, User will be re-directed to 7-Eleven’s Payment Instruction Page.
    5. User must present the Payment Instruction Page to any 7-Eleven branch for the payment.
    6. A printed receipt will be issued as a confirmation that your transactions has been processed successfully.
    7. Note: You have 24 hours to pay your amortization at any 7-eleven stores.

    • FOR INTERNET BANKING

      Log in via UCPB Connect and follow these steps:

      To enroll as a biller:

      1. Select “Enroll Biller” under “Payment”
      2. Select “Pag-IBIG Individual” or “Pag-IBIG Employer” as Biller
      3. For Individual, select payment type:
        • Membership Savings
        • Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings
        • Housing Loan
      4. For Employer, select “Pag-IBIG Employer’s Remittance”
      5. Enter the Subscriber Number and Billing Account Name
      6. Select “Add New”

      To pay:

      1. Generate transaction password via SMS or email
      2. Select “Pay Bills” under “Payment”
      3. Select the enrolled Pag-IBIG payment type, account to be debited and Pag-IBIG reference number
      4. Enter the amount and other payment details
      5. Proceed to payment using your transaction password
    • FOR MOBILE BANKING

      Log in via UCPB Connect and follow these steps:

      1. Select “Pay Bills”
      2. Select “Pag-IBIG Individual” or “Pag-IBIG Employer” under Government tab
      3. For Individual, select payment type:
        • Membership Savings
        • Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings
        • Housing Loan
      4. For Employer, select “Pag-IBIG Employer’s Remittance”
      5. Select the account number to be debited
      6. Enter the Pag-IBIG reference number, amount and other payment details
      7. Tap “Ok” to confirm payment and enter your log in password to authenticate transaction
      A transaction fee of Php 5.00 will be debited from your account.

  2. AUB
    • FOR ONLINE BANKING

      Pag-IBIG member/member-borrower/employer with existing AUB Preferred Accounts and enrolled in AUB’s Online Banking may pay through AUB’s Preferred Online Banking.

      1. Log in to AUB Preferred Online Banking account at https://ebanking.asiaunited.com.ph/eBanking/ and key in the 6-digit code from your Security Token.
      2. Click the Pay Bills icon on the left side Transaction Menu.
      3. If with multiple accounts enrolled, select the Source Account No. then tap the Biller Institution to see the dropdown.
      4. Select Pag-IBIG Fund from the list of billers and fill out the required information.

        Input the Payment Type:

        • Membership Savings
        • Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings
        • Housing Loan
        • Multi-Purpose Loan
        • Calamity Loan
        • eSRS
        • Other Amounts Due (soon)

        Input the applicable Pag-IBIG number:

        • Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) for:
          1. Membership Savings,
          2. Multi-Purpose Loan; and
          3. Calamity Loan
        • MP2 Account Number for Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings
