- This instrument has high action. It is still playable, however, to make the action 100% correct, the bridge would need to be removed, sanded down, and re-installed. This is still a great instrument to learn on.

Paracho Elite Guitars are handcrafted high quality instruments made from the finest woods in the legendary mountain village of Paracho, high in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Mexico. Each Paracho Elite Instrument is handmade with unique styling and beautiful decorative inlays, never mass produced. Premium woods and solid cedar tops, along with new bracing technology, means each instrument produces excellent tone and volume that will only improve with age. Every instrument is inspected to the highest quality control standards thoroughly before leaving the workshop. The name Paracho Elite pays tribute to the Mexican village of Paracho, and its history, as the guitar building capital of the world. Paracho Artisans have been perfecting their craft for over 200 years, many luthiers are fourth and fifth generation.
The Vihuela is a 5-string instrument that features a vaulted back or belly for added resonance. The Vihuela is tuned a-d-g-b-e and gives the Mariachi ensemble its unique sound. Its role is normally for rhythm and chordal accompaniment although contemporary artists are making more clever use of the Vihuela's capabilities. The Paracho Elite Vihuela features a decoratively bound body, geared machine heads, solid Tacote top, and a decorative soundhole rosette.
These hand crafted, quality guitars are made from some of the finest woods. Each guitar has it's own unique styling and beautiful inlay craftsmanship. Most importantly, they produce remarkable sound and are played by recording and performing professionals.
