Michael Steen is the Chief Executive Officerof Atlas Air Worldwide

Michael has more than 30 years of experience in global aviation and logistics, including 16 years of executive leadership experience with Atlas. Michael is responsible for designing and executing the strategic growth plans for Atlas Air Worldwide and its global operating airlines, Atlas Air, Inc. and Polar Air Cargo, a joint venture airline with DHL Express, and its wholly-owned dry-leasing company, Titan Aviation Holdings, Inc.

With nearly 5,000 employees, the Atlas Air Worldwide companies serve the e-commerce, express and general air freight markets in more than 250 destinations in 90 countries and are a major supplier to Alibaba, Amazon, DHL Express, FedEx, HP,Inditex,Kuehne+Nagel, NCA, Qantas, SF Express, UPS and the U.S. military. Together, they operate the world’s largest fleet of 747 freighter aircraft and provide customers the broadest array of Boeing 747, 777, 767 and 737 aircraft and complementary aviation services.

Michael assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in June 2023.Prior to taking this post, Michael served as Chief Commercial Officer since 2007 and has been responsible for leading the Company’s strategy and growing market share, as well as developing and diversifying the Company’s roster of blue-chip customers.In that role, Michael had oversight of all aspects of the Company’s global sales and marketing activities, including strategy, new products and services, brand positioning and marketing communications.

Through Michael’s tenure, the Company has grown to be the world’s second-largest airfreight operator measured by freight tonne kilometers (FTKs).Michael has led the Company’s diversification strategy, expanding the Company’s service offerings and growing the fleet from a single 747-gauge ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance, insurance) cargo business to many gauges of aircraft, as well as the expansion into passenger service and aircraft leasing businesses.

Additionally, Michael served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Titan, which since its inception in 2009 has grown to become the third largest freighter lessor globally by fleet value.

Michael has both broad and unique experience in the aviation and logistics sectors, having served global leadership roles at market leaders including DHL,ExelPlc and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of CHC Helicopter and several industry advisory boards.

A native of Sweden, Michael earned a degree in economics in Gothenburg Sweden and is an alumnus of the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Richard Broekman is Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sustainability for Atlas Air Worldwide. He is responsible for the development and execution of the Company’s commercial strategies, as well as management of the corporate sales strategy for the ACMI, CMI and charter service businesses on a global basis. In his role expanded role as Head of Sustainability, Richard will drive the Company’s commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 and lead the development of the Company’s decarbonization strategies.

Having invested nearly his entire career in this industry, Richard brings extensive expertise in air cargo across many facets of the business. He served as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Commercial Development since 2018, and has been integral to the Company’s success in driving the strategic diversification of its customer base. He joined the Company in 2004 and held positions with increasing responsibilities in Finance and Business Development.

Richard holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. He brings a deep passion for environmental stewardship and is completing an Executive Master degree in Sustainability Transition Management from the Bologna Business School.

Martin Drew is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer for Atlas Air Worldwide
and serves on the Company’s Executive Leadership Team.

In his oversight of corporate strategy, Mr. Drew drives strategic growth and
diversification with long-term customers, pricing strategies, geographic expansion, fleet
development, partnerships and other initiatives that support the Company’s mission to
be its customers’ first choice and most valued partner.

Prior to joining Atlas, Martin was most recently Senior Vice President Global Sales,
Marketing, Brand and Cargo at Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. where he oversaw
all aspects of Etihad Cargo and was a member of the airline’s leadership team. He first
joined Etihad Airways in 2005 and during this time spent 18 months working with Jet
Airways as Vice President, Cargo in Mumbai, substantially growing the airline’s cargo
business. He also previously held the position of Vice President Europe and Americas
with responsibility for Etihad’s activities in Europe and the Americas, including
Passenger Sales, Marketing, and Alliances. Prior to that, he held senior positions at
Lufthansa and DAS Air Cargo.

Artem Gonopolskiy is the Chief Financial Officer for Atlas Air Worldwide. Artem leads all aspects of our Finance function, including strategic financial planning, accounting, reporting, internal audit, tax, treasury and investor relations.

As an integral member of our leadership team, he has played a critical role in the execution of key transactions throughout his 18 year tenure at Atlas, including the Company’s expansion into the B747-8F fleet, the B767-F fleet, the B777 fleet and the initiation and growth of the CMI business with Boeing, Amazon and DHL as well as numerous other initiatives. Most recently, Artem has been instrumental in driving the transformation of Atlas as a private Company.

Since joining Atlas in 2005 as a Senior Financial Analyst, Artem rose through the ranks of the Company’s finance organization, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis before being named Interim CFO in June 2023. He was appointed to his current position in November 2023. Prior to joining Atlas, Artem served as an analyst with ICF Consulting for several years, and was a Consultant with the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative.

Mr. Gonopolskiy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College and an MBA from Columbia University.

Patricia Goodwin-Peters is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Atlas Air Worldwide (AAWW).

The Atlas Air Worldwide companies (including its international operating airlines, Atlas Air, Inc., and Polar Air Cargo (a joint venture airline with DHL Express) and its leasing company, Titan Aviation Holdings, Inc.) serve the e-commerce, express and general air freight markets in more than 400 destinations in 90 countries and are a major supplier to Alibaba, Amazon, DHL Express, FedEx, HP, Inditex, Kuehne+Nagel, NCA, Qantas, SF Express, UPS and the U.S. military. Patricia leads the development and execution of the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and objectives of the Company. She is responsible for formulating strategies that help secure future business growth with a focus on talent.

Patricia joined Atlas with more than 20 years of experience in general business leadership, specializing in human resources; executive compensation; employee experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Before joining Atlas, she was the Head of Human Resources, North America for Kate Spade & Co. and served as a liaison to the Board of Directors on topics of talent strategy and executive compensation. Prior to Kate Spade, Patricia held HR leadership positions with Aeropostale, Inc. and Ralph Lauren, where she led global executive compensation, performance management and global mobility programs during a period of significant growth for the company.

In 2014, Patricia joined the Steering Committee of the 30% Club, an organization committed to 30% gender equality on public company boards. Peter Grauer, Chairman of the Board of Bloomberg L.P. is Founding Chairman of the U.S. chapter.

She also served on the Board of Trustees for Wainwright House in Rye, NY, the oldest non- profit, non-sectarian, holistic learning center in the United States.

Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University, an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business at University of Florida.

George Kopcsay is Senior Vice President,General Counsel and Secretary for Atlas Air Worldwide.He is responsible for the Company’s legal matters, regulatory affairs, compliance and government affairs. With more than 20 years of law experience, including 13 years of experience at Atlas, George has been instrumental in providing support for the Company’s growth with key customers, mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, compliance initiatives and other transactional matters.

Prior to joining Atlas in 2010, George was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP where he focused his practice on capital market transactions, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

George holds a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University.

Richard Rolland is responsible for oversight of all aspects of safety for the Company, including the Company’s Safety Management System (SMS). In his role, Richard oversees the Quality Assurance and Quality Control groups, the Ground Operations Internal Evaluation group, the Airline Publications Group and Airframe and Power Plant records.

As part of these responsibilities, he manages the Company’s Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and our Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) program.

In addition, Richard oversees the regulatory compliance performance of our operations, including all operational audits such as IOSA, DOD and the FAA’s CHEP programs. Richard also heads the certification process for new operational programs.

A qualified B747-400/-8 captain, Richard has held positions of increasing responsibility in his 22 years with Atlas Air, including Chief Pilot and Managing Director Atlas Air Crew Services in the UK, Director of Crew Resources and Senior Director Flight Operations Support Group in Miami.
