If you order your up-to-date eStatement online before 3:30pm on a working day, the statement will be produced overnight and ready to download on the Upgraded Bank of Ireland App or 365 online. Paper statements will be sent to the statement address in 3-5 working days. You must opt in to receive paper statements.

  1. Log in to your account on the Bank of Ireland App.

  3. Select 'Manage statements'.
  4. Choose 'Order an up-to-date statement'.
  5. Select which account would like a statement for.
  6. Choose if you would like to be notified when the request is complete and tap 'Continue'.

For Credit Card holder’s only copies of existing statements can be requested. The up to date statement will automatically issue monthly to your chosen delivery preference.
