The Supply Chain Manager deals with all activities related to a specific procurement plan, responds to customer needs and expectations, and is receptive and efficient.

Mission

To assist in the development of the inventory budget
To define and monitor key performance indicators
To establish an efficient plan to respond to customer expectations and achieve desired results
To share and communicate with teams the strategy and objectives for supply planning
To set ambitious and attainable objectives, and establish a roadmap for the teams involved
