Oahu Median Prices Mixed Compared to March 2022
The March median condo price hit a record high of$535,000, 4% above March of last year. The median homeprice of $1,096,250, back above $1 Million, is down -5%from last year. Monthly median prices for both homes andcondos jumped 11% from February, the previous month.
Oahu Sales Activity Down from March 2022
March 2023 sales are down -28% for homes and-35% for condos from last year. However, thetrend of sales is strong compared to recent monthsand following typical seasonal patterns.
Median Days On Market Down Compared to February 2023
Days On Market came down in March after jumping inFebruary, now 37 days for homes and 24 days for condos.The trends on active listings and pendings suggest thatthis measure of sales will settle at pre-pandemic levels.
