Assume Gross : 21850;
Basic : 5463 @ 25% on Gross
HRA : 5463 @ 25% on Gross
Spl Allowance : 5462
Other Allowance : 5007
Bonus : 455
PF Employee Contribution : 656 + PT 200 = 856 Total Deductions.
Net Payable : Gross - Deductions : 21850-856 = 20994.
PF Employer Contribution : 743 @ 13.61% on Basic.
CTC : 21850 + 743 = 22593. i.e., 22593 * 12 = 271116.
