National Bank Investments announces a portfolio manager change
MONTREAL, July 14, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ -National BankInvestments Inc. ("NBI") announced today the change of portfoliomanager for the NBISmartBetaCanadian Equity Fundand the NBISmartBetaGlobal Equity Fund.
On or about August 1st,2017, National Bank Trust Inc. ("NBT") will become the portfoliomanager to the NBISmartBetaCanadian Equity Fundand the NBISmartBetaGlobal Equity Fund.
NBT will retain Rothschild Asset Management Inc. as sub-advisorto these funds. The investment objective and strategy of each fundremain unchanged.
This change is in line with the governance process of NBI's openarchitecture structure.
These changes will be reflected in the upcoming amendment to thesimplified prospectus for the NBI Funds, which will be available atwww.sedar.com and www.nbc.ca.
