How to complete Mrs. Phillips mission? ›

Upon completion of the story, providing Trevor is alive, Mrs. Phillips can be found in Trevor's safe-house in Sandy Shores. Upon entering the safe-house, Trevor will be reunited with his mother in a cut scene in which she requires Trevor to do her a favor. Trevor is required to bring back a Deludamol van to his mother.

Philips was sentenced to prison for an unknown amount of time. It is also unknown what she was sentenced for, but it could possibly be related to drugs, as Mrs. Philips appears to be a Deludamol addict. She mentions that Trevor never wrote or visited her during her stay in prison, much to her disappointment.

However, despite all of the accusations and slanders aimed at Trevor regarding his mother, there's evidence that proves him otherwise, which leads to the possibility that Mrs. Philips is actually still alive, and what Trevor saw wasn't just a hallucination.

First, visit any bar in the game and consume several alcoholic drinks until you're nice and tipsy – do not get black out drunk though, so avoid the Macbeth Whisky this time. Once the screen is distorted and you're staggering around, call up Ms Baker and choose the Request Work option.

To complete Mrs. Philips' second mission, Trevor is tasked with finding a Deludamol van. Deludamol vans can be found at hospitals and at pharmacies. A good place to find one is over at the Dollar Pills store in Strawberry (see screencap above).
