How do I contact MoonPay support? ›

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, so we can't refund any transaction once they're completed. Quickly contact your bank to cancel your card. This step will prevent others from using your card to buy cryptocurrency from MoonPay.

Cards only: In the U.S., you can use MoonPay only with a credit or debit card (or a card linked to Apple Pay or Google Pay). This presents a handful of issues. First, not all credit cards will play nicely with crypto purchases; legitimate transactions are often bounced back or flagged for fraud.

Check if there are any Operating System updates for your device. Make sure you've got the latest version of the MoonPay app in the app store. Android only: Clear your mobile app cache. Try accessing buy.moonpay.com through your device's web browser instead.

You can't cancel the order once you've bought or sold cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency transactions are final.

MoonPay customers can buy crypto and store it in any wallet, and later cashout directly to their bank account. Sell crypto with peace of mind. MoonPay follows strict security measures and a robust identity verification process to ensure you have a safe crypto-selling experience.

Several common reasons for transaction delays or issues include: Make a transaction with an insufficient balance in your wallet, as all MoonPay transactions require a network fee. Conducting two transactions with the same coins, resulting in one being confirmed and the other remaining unconfirmed.

Contact the company or bank that issued the credit card or debit card. Tell them it was a fraudulent charge. Ask them to reverse the transaction and give you your money back.

MoonPay does not custody any customer funds purchased on the platform and transfers assets directory to/from customer directed wallets. Most transactions are completed without access to a customer's wallet.

As of now, MoonPay is unavailable in the US states of Hawaii, New York, Louisiana, Rhode Island, and Texas.
