Fees and expenses

Edward Jones does not charge commissions or fees on the purchase or sale of money market mutual funds. However, additional fees, such as minimum balance fees, may apply.

• Retirement Share class- $3 each month the balance is below $1,500
• Investment Share class- $3 each month the balance is below $2,500. There is no minimum investment amount for the Edward Jones Money Market Fund ("Fund"). However, Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P. (“Edward Jones”), in its capacity as the Fund’s transfer agent, may charge you a $3.00 fee for any month in which you fail to maintain a $2,500 average monthly balance for Investment Shares or a $1,500 average monthly balance for Retirement Shares.
