Step 3:

Step 4:
Select your account and enter the value of the check.
Step 5:
Take a photo of the front of your check. The check should be flattened and placed on a dark background.
Step 6:

Step 7:
Select "Make Your Deposit." Once your deposit is processed, you'll see the amount in your activity and receive an email confirmation. (If you deposit your check during normal business hours, this usually happens within one business day.)
What is mobile deposit? Mobile check deposits allow you to add funds to your account while skipping a physical trip to a bank or other financial institution. They're a convenient way to deposit your paper checks into your account from anywhere.
Your funds will be available for use usually within one business day, though some financial institutions may charge a fee if you want to access them immediately. By following a few key steps, you can make a mobile check deposit without causing any errors or processing delays.
When you deposit a check using your mobile banking app (assuming you do so before the bank's cut-off time), your check is considered deposited as if you'd made the deposit at the bank branch, and your money should be available in the normal one to two business days.
Take photos of the front and back of the check with your smartphone — just select the Front of Check and Back of Check buttons. Select the account to receive the deposit, enter the amount and tap Next. After confirming the details, tap Submit.
While it might seem scary to make a mobile deposit of your check through your phone, the process isn't too far from depositing it through an ATM – as long as the hardware and software on your phone aren't compromised, there shouldn't be any problems.
The safest and fastest way to get cash is to take your check to the check writer's bank. That's the bank or credit union that holds the check writer's funds, and you can get the money out of the check writer's account and into your hands instantly at that bank.
