In transaction MMBE, enter the material,plant & storage location & then execute. In the next screen you will get a display of the stock overview. the stock is displayed in the corresponding column. ie whether it is Unrestrictred use stock/Quality inspection stock/reserved stock etc.
MB52 displays the current stock and values of a material in the Inventory (Stock type wise).MB51 displays the PO Numbers and Material Documents created against Material Numbers till date.

mb51 shows all types of material documents for different goods movements. It depends upon movement types and transaction you did. If you did migo with 101 movement type then on display this document only.
As mentioned by other responders, MB1B is an Transaction Code for Transfer Posting. Transfer Posting refers to movement of material from one location to another. In SAP it is captured through Transfer Posting.
