Related to MEDIA INVESTMENT
Quoted Investment means any Investment which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange.
Related Financial Product means any financial product which references directly or indirectly the Preference Shares.
Unquoted Investment means any Investment which is not quoted, listed or dealt in on any Recognised Stock Exchange.
Quoted Investments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A).
Magazine means a place in which explosives are stored or kept, whether above or below ground;
Capital investment means an expenditure to acquire, lease, or improve property that is used in operating a business, including land, buildings, machinery, and fixtures.
Student media advisor means an individual who is employed, appointed, or designated by the District to supervise or provide instruction with respect to student media.
Magazines means magazines and other materials printed on similar paper.
Market means in any part of the world:
Unquoted Investments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).
Cash Equivalent Investment means, at any time:
Restricted Investment means an Investment other than a Permitted Investment.
Benchmarked Price means the higher of:
Approved Investment means any type of investment permitted for Cash Collateral under the Securities Lending Guidelines.
OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.
Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.
Restricted Margin Stock means Margin Stock owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary which represents not more than 33-1/3% of the aggregate value (determined in accordance with Regulation U), on a consolidated basis, of the property and assets of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries (other than any Margin Stock) that is subject to the provisions of Article 6 (including Section 6.02).
Unrestricted Margin Stock means any Margin Stock owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary which is not Restricted Margin Stock.
Cash Investment means the number of Shares to be purchased by any Subscriber multiplied by the offering price per Share as set forth in the Offering Document.
Recognised Investment Exchange has the meaning given to it by section 285 of the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000;
Equivalent Securities in connection with any Securities Loan means securities of the same issue, class and quantity as the Borrowed Securities that are the subject of such Securities Loan and shall include the certificates and other documents of or evidencing title and transfer in respect of the foregoing, as appropriate. If and to the extent that such Borrowed Securities are partly paid or have been converted, sub-divided, consolidated, redeemed or made the subject of a takeover or rights issue, the expression shall have the following meaning:
Direct investment means a direct investment as defined by the International Monetary Fund under its Balance of Payments manual, fifth edition (BMP 5), as amended;
Financial Products “Development Services”; “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.
Student journalist means a student who gathers, writes, edits, photographs, records, video tapes, or prepares information for dissemination in student media.
Restricted Investments means all Investments except the following:
