McDonald’s 401(k) Plan
To help employees save for retirement, McDonald’s offers 401(k) plans, allowing workers to put up to 50% of their paychecks into the account. McDonald’s then matches employee contributions up to 5%, increasing their investment.
This account then earns interest, which, over time, can result in a valuable nest egg that you can use for retirement.

For eligible employees who are growing their families, McDonald’s offers paid paternity and maternity leave and the option for unpaid parental leave. This way, if complications with pregnancy or birth arise, employees can take time off without worrying if their job will still be there when they return.
McDonald’s Family Medical Leave
If employees have family members with medical conditions that require extra care, McDonald’s provides a couple of weeks of leave to take care of a situation like this.
Talk to your supervisor about what events are eligible for this program, but this leave can often be used on days you need to stay home to take care of your sick kids, allowing you to save your vacation days.
