HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A large piece of Hawaii television history is up for sale and it can be yours for $15.75 million.
The 'Anderson Estate' better known as Magnum P.I.'s "Robin's Nest" is on the market. According to the listing, the estate which was built in 1933 needs "major repair" but is a "very rare Kamaaina (local) offering."
The three-acre oceanfront property has been on the market for 19 days. The estimated monthly property tax for the 11,054-square-foot home is $2,300.
The home in Waimanalo features a European style design by Louis Davis a Honolulu architect that also designed McKinley High School.
The estate also includes a boathouse, tennis courts, large garage with workshop and separate bathhouse.
The estate has been owned for decades by former Hawaii politician Eve Anderson who is the step-daughter of Cox Communications heiress Barbara Cox Anthony.
The estate has also been featured in several other television shows over the years, including a number of Hawaii Five-O episodes.
The house does not come with a Ferrari or extremely loud Aloha shirts.
