We are an independent insurance agency that is getting ready to take off! We are looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of people around them! We have a variety of different insurance products to help protect those you love most and are not tied to any one insurance company!

We are offering a commission-only role at first, however, once the company grows, we would love to be able to offer base salary and insurance benefits! Come and join a different kind of insurance agency! I look forward to speaking with you soon!

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Independent Insurance Agent. The Independent Insurance Agent will be responsible for acquiring new insurance clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Independent Insurance Agent will also advise clients on insurance coverage options and provide customized insurance solutions based on their unique needs and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Active state insurance producer license
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
  • Knowledge of insurance products and risk management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus, but not required
