Every action a law school takes (decisions) brings a reaction (questions from admits), and the latter creates work just like the former. Schools are not going to release decisions that produce a bunch of emails/calls when everyone's out of the office.

If my GPA increased this semester but I already applied will schools work with my new gpa or my gpa from when I applied

ValuableEmbarrassedKraken

14:58

It's not necessarily that big of a difference (.02 points) but still it affects medians here lol

you have to submit it to LSAC and alert them and they will use the new one

I got all A's this semester so my GPA went from a 3.71 to a 3.75

15:27

how would you alert LSAC? Wouldn't the submission of a new transcript itself be an "alert"?

nope- it depends on the school I believe

15:29

Weird... I heard LSAC will automatically send the new transcript to all schools.

15:51

LSAC will automatically update your CAS report if you have there is a new LSAT score and writing submission reported on your account

15:52

But if your transcript has already been sent and does not reflect your current gpa or degrees awarded, you would have to submit a new transcript request using the form on your account :)

15:54

Or, if your school uses something like National Student Clearinghouse, you can submit a request through there too

@TheDownwardSpiral: OMG BAEE I was wondering what was up

Do accoms still review applications during break?

18:52

happy holidays everyone! 🎄🎄

20:28

Does anyone know how to configure the auto status checker for UVA? Doesn't seem to work when I put the LSAC login credentials

Where do you see the stats on application timing?
