Charles Newman
Director of Real Estate Operations
As Director of Real Estate Operations, Charles arranges competitive home offers for Truehold customers. He also coordinates with our property managers to ensure that our residents have easy and comfortable experiences living in their homes.
Before joining Truehold, Charles was the Director of Cagan Management Group’s Single Family Home division. After spending a few years working in the Investment Management industry , Charles leveraged his background in finance, and pivoted to a career in real estate investment and property management. Charles has been working in the SFR industry for over 8 years now and his broad real estate experience includes, asset valuation, construction oversight, project investment, property management and asset disposition.

As the Vice President of Engineering at Truehold, Greg uses his knowledge of technology and residential real estate to build a team focused on crafting solutions that delight our tenants and their families.
Over a 20-year career, Greg has developed a passion for combining technology, people and business. While at Keller Williams, Greg was tasked with transforming the tech department from a team of a dozen to an international team of over 500. His department focused on building a suite of tools for agents covering CRM, transaction management, a listing portal and back office administration.

Connie Adams
Chief Sales Officer
Connie has been an advocate for empowered aging for decades. As Chief Sales Officer with Truehold, Connie helps families navigate how to honor the wishes of their oldest members so they can, when appropriate, age in their own homes.
Connie has over 20 years of experience leading high performing divisions and teams to scale. As a vice president at A Place for Mom for 15 years, she helped build the company into the country’s largest senior care referral service. She found the opportunity to help tens of thousands of families go through the senior living decision both humbling and rewarding.
While advising older adults and their family caregivers, she draws from her personal experience overseeing or providing care for 10 immediate family members.

Nick Machesney
Vice President, Product & Experience
As the Head of Product &Experience at Truehold, Nick leads the team responsible for ensuring new and existing residents have an amazing experience with Truehold. Alongside local and national partners, Nick is working on combining the latest home technologies with Truehold’s innovative Sale-Leaseback to help people live longer in the homes they love.
Prior to joining Truehold, Nick was an Innovation Director at Fahrenheit 212 where he helped launch strategic new products and experiences for companies like Buffalo Wild Wings, Cox Communications, Wells Fargo, Mattamy Homes and more.
