Jobs (2024)

When first beginning in House Flipper you will need to earn some cash before you can buy and flip your own property. Enter the job system, where customers email you to request your property renovation services. Each job will take you to a different property requiring repair of some form. Jobs consist of many tasks such as cleaning, painting, building/demolishing walls, furnishing, and with DLC, gardening, and making a bunker.

You can choose to do 70% of the job for less money (and miss out on the satisfaction of a job well done!), or do everything for the maximum payout. Jobs can be replayed after completing the first time round.

The HGTV, Luxury Flipper, Pets and Farm DLCs, each have maps from which you can pan around to view the jobs available. Jobs in the Luxury DLC have additional tasks for the player to restore specific items or furniture that need stripping down, and then re-painting.

As of the Farm Flipper release, there are a total of 93 jobs to complete (with all DLC).
