Does this include hotels?

If not, it's plenty of money- you can live very cheaply in Seoul on street food, bibimbap etc. Transport is also cheap- many sights are in walking distance of centre.

Eating out will generally set you back USD 12/meal, so USD 100 should be enough for you to also shop and see even the more expensive places, like private museums and amusem*nt parks.

I don't think Seoul is cheap in shopping, goods prices much cheaper than Japan, but much higher than China, likewise for most things. Food is similar cost as in most North Asian cities, similar as in Taiwan, HKG, or Japan. Only you can judge what is cheap by your standard and what you buy. US$100 a day is more than enough.

My personal experience in Itaewon was it is more expensive than other parts of Seoul and you must bargain. Mostly tourist items, clothing sizes and styles are more Western, most or all shops speak English with English signs which is unusual for Seoul, prices asked or posted for same items are much higher than other parts of Seoul.
