Resolution of IRS and state tax issues can become very time-consuming. In order to provide you with the highest quality service, Palazzo & Company has established several small service fees to address these issues.

Tax Controversy Fee:Any independent IRS or state issue for which Palazzo & Company is not responsible will be a $550 fee. This includes any balances, liens, levies, and etc. on prior year returns not completed by Palazzo & Company.

IRS Request Fee:Any additional information that Palazzo & Company has to request from the IRS will be a $45 fee. This includes any POAs, transcripts, and etc that the company has to request on the client’s behalf.

Hourly Fee:Palazzo & Company will make one phone call to the IRS or state on the client’s behalf. The client will be charged a prorated hourly rate of $125 for every additional phone call made on his/her behalf.
