Intercompany Debt

has the meaning specified in Section 7.02.

Intercompany Debt

means any Indebtedness, payables or other obligations, whether now existing or hereafter incurred, owed by Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings to Holdings or any other Subsidiary of Holdings.

Intercompany Debt

shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.19.
