Determining which iOS version you have
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap on “General”
- Tap on “About”
- Next to “Software Version” there will be a number that begins with the version of software you have. Example: 12.3.1 would mean you are an iOS12 user.

- Go to the App Store®
- Tap on the “Updates” button at the bottom of the page
- Slide/pull the screen downward to refresh
- Your apps that require updates should appear
- Either select “Update All” or choose the KeysBankMobile Bankingapp to update

- Go to the App Store
- Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Drag page down to refresh
- Your apps that require updates should appear

Setting up automatic updates
- Go to “Settings”
- Go to “iTunes® & App Store”
- Under the “Automatic Downloads” section, look for “Updates” and toggle the switch to the ON position for apps to automatically update*
*Below the Automatic Downloads section, there is a control for “Use Cellular data”. If toggled to OFF, you must be connected to a Wi‐Fi network to receive updates and downloads. By enabling this feature,the updates will take place even when not connected to Wi‐Fi, at the expense of your cellular data.

- Select an option:
- Over any network to update apps using either Wi‐ Fi or cellular data*
- Over Wi‐Fi only to update apps only when connected to Wi‐Fi

Update SELECT individual Android apps automatically
