go kayaking wrote: Sun Jan 22, 2023 9:58 amAnyone download H&R Block for 2022? Is Schwab in the 1099 Download list?

Having hard time getting motivated to move to TurboTax but worried same thing will happen this year, Schwab downloads not ready until middle march.

The last I looked on Schwab web site it says TurboTax, H&R Block and Tax Act will be able to download 1099's.

From Schwab email

"Early February
(by paper: Feb. 3–10*)With investments where we have all tax information, including stocks, options, and money market funds/cash deposit interest.

If you made sales or bought to cover short positions in December, watch for your form in the second mailing in mid-February.
By Friday, February 3

Mid-February
(by paper: Feb. 17–28*)Where information is lagging on at least one investment.
Examples: ETFs and mutual funds, fixed income, REITs, UITs, WHFITs, and U.S. and foreign stocks that have been reclassified in the past.
By Friday, February 17"

As for H&R Block the Financial Institutional list shows Schwab and says forms not ready to import yet. If you have the paper form now you can manually enter or wait until your import is ready (on Tuesday January 31,2023). (Does not match what Schwab says)

H&R Block next software update is on Feb 3.
