Program Description

This program typically takes one to two weeks and requires 40 clock hours to earn the certificate. Our Security Officer Basic Certificate supplements the basic unarmed security requirements in the state of Illinois. The program provides additional instruction in industry history, first-aid, non-verbal communication, and historical norms in the industry.
