We use ReCaptcha v3 to avoid spam and bots from entering our system. If the sign up or sign in pages are giving you a "It looks like you're a bot" alert, it's because ReCaptcha is malfunctioning.

It's been known to fail with unsupported browsers like Opera and Internet Explorer. Google suggests you use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge to avoid this problem.

If you're already using a suggested browser, you might try logging into the platform from an incognito window.
