Individual Contract Verification for Domestic Workers
For Filipinos whose visa was issued prior to 11 April 2022
- 2 copies of UAE Domestic Labor Contract/POEA Standard Employment Contract (whichever is applicable), with a minimum monthly basic salary of AED1,500, signed by both the employer and the employee (If your basic salary is less than AED1,500 per month, please ask your employer to amend your contract at any Tadbeer center.)
- 2 copies of addendum contract of employment
- 2 copies of valid passport of the worker
- 2 copies of worker’s valid visa
For Filipinoswho received their residency on or after April 11, 2022

- 2 copies of new and valid employment contract that corresponds to the worker’s visa that has been signed by both the employer and the worker
- 2 copies of worker’s valid passport
- 2 copies of worker’s valid visa
- 2 copies of any proof of current employment, as follows:
- Current employment certificate, duly stamped and signed by the employer
- Emirates ID Card (pink)
- Labor Identification Card
- Recent pay stubs that have been stamped and signed by the employer
- Valid company ID
For Filipinoswhose residency visas were issued on or after April 11, 2022

- Company Explanation Letter – For workers whose position/designation differs on the contract, visa, and additional proof of employment, an Explanation Letter from the employer will be required to clarify the discrepancies.
- Proof of company relationship – Any document demonstrating the relationship between the company names, such as old and new trade licenses with the same license number, memorandum of incorporation or change of name, explanation letter from the employer, and so on, will be required for workers whose company name indicated in the contract differs from that on the visa or the additional proof of employment.
- Salary Certificate – A Salary Certificate indicating the basic wage and total salaries and allowances received per month by the worker, duly stamped and signed by the employer, will be required for workers whose basic wage falls below the minimum standard set by the POEA, i.e., USD 400 or AED1,500/month.
