Once he gets close enough, JTK will execute a stab that will cut away a good chunk of your HP. Depending on your remaining HP or shield, two or more stabs are enough to result in death.

To surviveJeff The Killer inDoors, you’ll need to understand the mechanics of this uncanny, bloodthirsty entity. First, JTK can spawn as early as Door 2 and can also appear multiple times during a single run. He will chase you down without stopping and can kill you while you’re inside a closet or locked in a cutscene.
Moreover, this crafty serial killer can climb over objects in the environment, such as desks, counters, or fallen pieces of furniture. If he catches and kills one of your companions, don’t expect any moments of respite since he can slay multiple survivors without stopping. On the other hand, Jeff The Killer inRobloxDoorsdoes have several weaknesses.
First, JTK can jump, but he can’t crouch, leaving him powerless against players hiding beneath a bed or inside a vent. Banana peels are also an excellent way to trip up JTK, as he’ll fall to the ground after touching one before being launched into the air.

This explosive throwable will instakill JTK but also deal 90 damage to any player within its blast radius. Therefore, make sure you and JTK have enough distance before hurling the grenade. Another way is by escaping boss entities like Seek. Finally, if you have enough vitamins, you can use the extra speed to outrun and potentially despawn Jeff The Killer. The only way to get rid of Jeff The Killer, is by blowing him up, so keep a Holy Hand Grenade for him too. Subspace Tripmine makes sounds like Dupe, but louder, use this to your advantage. If you interact with Bob, there's a chance you'll die, so don't.
His eyes become blue when players purchase an item from the Jeff Shop, or tip Jeff, his expression becomes "cheerful." When players enter Door 52, Jeff greets them by waving one of his tentacles and looking at them gleefully.
