Sight is always going to be the most important sense. There is already a pre-conceived idea of your space from the photos you have in your listing. Whether it’s a pristinely made–up bed or a cozy living room, help remind your guest why they chose your Airbnb in the first place.

You’ll get plenty of extra points if you find a tactile way to impress your guest’s sense of touch. A soft, washablethrow blanketdraped on the couch, chair or bed is a great way for a guest to feel welcome and pampered. A set of throw pillows will add an extra layer of texture, color and comfort.
Tip: Pay special attention to soft details for bare feet. Make your guests’ feel pampered with soft rug by the bed and a plush bath mat for stepping out of the shower.
