How to Find Your Google Accounts (2024)

Google provides its users with an account Dashboard that allows you to conveniently view all of your Google accounts in one location. The Dashboard not only displays your list of accounts, but also reveals relevant data that you produce while you are signed into an account -- such as the number of saved drafts in your Gmail account. Regularly keeping track of the Google accounts associated with your business through the Dashboard can help you to determine if an account has been compromised based on the data that is generated.

  1. 1.

Navigate to the Google Accounts Sign In page and sign in to your account (link in Resources).

  2. 2.

Click "Account" to display the list of account items.

  3. 3.

Select "Dashboard" from the list to reveal your list of Google accounts.

  4. 4.

Click an account name to display detailed information about the account. For example, if you have a Google Analytics account, click Analytics to reveal the number of Analytics accounts you have and how many profiles are associated with each account.

  5. 5.

Click the "Settings" or "Manage" text link next to each of your Google accounts to go directly to the account's Settings or Manage page.
