If you're the sender, match the UPI transaction ID seen in the Google Pay app to your bank statement.

How to find the UPI transaction ID
- Open Google Pay

- Scroll down the screen and Tap See all payment activity
All transactions.
- Tap a transaction to see the UPI transaction ID.
How to verify the transaction on your bank statement
On the account statement for the bank connected to your Google Pay account:
- Locate the transaction date of the transaction in question.
- Match the UPI transaction ID found in the Google Pay app to the UPI transaction ID on your bank statement. The UPI transaction ID is the first 9 digits after the slash (/).
- Match the amount in the debit section of your statement to the amount of the transaction in Google Pay.
- Confirm the debit amount is not included in the closing balance on your bank statement.
- Check for a reversal with the same UPI transaction ID and amount in the credit section of your bank statement.

If you're the recipient, match the UPI transaction ID in the Google Pay app to your bank statement.
