Question: My husband and I will travel to Vietnam for 2 weeks. We will begin from Hanoi and make our way to Ho Chi Minh City. We have already booked hotels at many destinations. And, we do not know how money to take to Vietnam to pay for eating, and drinking. Any suggestions and advice would be highly appreciated. (Laura Ms)

Hi Laura,
Vietnam is a beautiful destination waiting for your journeys. From Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City have different beauty, culture, and local food.
It depends on what kind of travelling you like to do; you will spend from just 600,000VND (~30 USD) for local style to over 1,400,000VND (~70USD) for luxury travel for 2 of you.
It means that you should take 8,400,000VND (~420USD) to 19,600,000VND (~980USD) for spending during 2 weeks in Vietnam for food and drinks.
You can carry USD, then change them into Vietnamese Dong at many banks in Vietnam.
Check exchange rate at Vietcombank here!
