Change your Address, Phone number and Email address in the TD app
After you login to the TD app:
- Select Edit Profilefrom the left-hand menu.
- Select Address to edit your address. Select Contact Informationto add and edit your Home, Mobile or Work Phone number, as well as your Email address.
If your primary email is the same as the email you use for your WebBroker account, then updating your primary email in the TD app will also update your WebBroker email.
Please note:
- If you are a joint account holder, please ensure all other account holders update their address information.
- If your address is outside of Canada, please call EasyLine telephone banking to complete your request.
- This update will only affect a change to your personal accounts, i.e., Chequing, Savings, Credit Card, Access Card, Mortgage and Loans. Your address will not be changed for the following accounts: TD Direct Investing and TD Wealth accounts, TD Trust, TD US Dollar Visa, Safety Deposit Boxes. To change your address for one of these other accounts, please contact the appropriate area.
