Funding Ratio means: (a) for a Governmental Plan Investor or other plan not covered by clause (b) below, the total net fair market value of the assets of the plan over the actuarial present value of the plan’s total benefit liabilities, as reported in such plan’s most recent audited financial statements; and (b) for a Pension Plan Investor that is subject to Form 5500 – series reporting requirements, the funding target attainment percentage reported on Schedule SB to the Form 5500 or the funded percentage for monitoring the plan’s status reported on Schedule MB to the Form 5500, as applicable, as reported on the most recently filed Form 5500 by such ERISA Investor with the United States Department of Labor.
Sharing Ratio means, subject in each case to adjustments in accordance with this Agreement or in connection with Dispositions of Membership Interests, (a) in the case of a Member executing this Agreement as of the date of this Agreement or a Person acquiring such Member’s Membership Interest, the percentage specified for that Member as its Sharing Ratio on Exhibit A and (b) in the case of Membership Interests issued pursuant to Section 3.1, the Sharing Ratio established pursuant thereto; provided, however, that the total of all Sharing Ratios shall always equal 100%.
Load Ratio Share means the ratio of a Transmission Customer’s Network Load to the Transmission Provider’s total load.
Ratio means the Ratio as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Equity Ratio means the ratio of Equity to Total Assets.
Capitalization Ratio means, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, the ratio of (i) Consolidated Indebtedness as of such date to (ii) the sum of Consolidated Indebtedness and Consolidated Net Worth, each as of such date.
Current Ratio means the ratio of Current Assets to Current Liabilities.
Margin Ratio is the percentage of the value of the Collateral up to which the Customer is permitted to borrow (or otherwise to secure other forms of financial accommodation) from the Company against the Collateral.
Index Ratio means the Final Index Price divided by the Initial Index Price.
VESTED RATIO means, on any relevant date, the ratio determined as follows:
Pricing Ratio on any date, the ratio of Consolidated Total Debt on such date to Annualized Borrower EBITDA for the fiscal quarter most recently ended prior to such date.
Consolidated Capitalization Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness to (b) Consolidated Capital.
Combined Ratio means the sum of the loss ratio and the expense ratio. The combined ratio measures the proportion of the Company’s total cost to its premium earned and is used to assess the profitability of the Company’s insurance underwriting activities.
Quick Ratio means, with respect to Lessee at any time, the ratio, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, of:
Cash Flow Ratio means, as at any date, the ratio of (a) the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Indebtedness of the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis, but excluding all Interest Swap Obligations entered into by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary and one of the Banks outstanding on such date, plus (but without duplication of Indebtedness supported by letters of credit) the aggregate undrawn face amount of all letters of credit outstanding on such date to (b) Annualized Operating Cash Flow determined as at the last day of the most recent month for which financial information is available.
Debt to Capitalization Ratio means, with respect to the Borrower, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Total Debt for the Borrower as of such date to (b) Total Capitalization for the Borrower as of such date.
Percentage Ratio means with respect to a Trust, the percentage relationship among the Securities based on the number of contracts of each Option per Unit, the principal amount of each Bond per Unit and the number of shares of each Equity Security per Unit compared to all Securities attributable to each Unit existing immediately prior to the related additional deposit of Securities. The Percentage Ratio shall be adjusted to the extent necessary, and may be rounded, to reflect the occurrence of a stock dividend, a stock split or a similar event which affects the capital structure of the issuer of a security."
Freeboard ratio means the freeboard height divided by the width of the degreaser.
Performance Ratio (PR) means the ratio of plant output versus installed plant capacity at any instance with respect to the radiation measured. PR= (Measured output in kW / Installed Plant capacity in kW * (1000 W/m2/Measured radiation intensity in W/m2).
Liquidity Ratio means the ratio of Liquidity to all Indebtedness to Bank.
Consolidated Current Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of Consolidated Current Assets to Consolidated Current Liabilities as of such date.
LTV Ratio With respect to any Mortgage Loan, as of any date of determination, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the scheduled principal balance of such Mortgage Loan, as of such date (assuming no defaults or prepayments on such Mortgage Loan prior to that date), and the denominator of which is the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property.
Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness net of Unrestricted Cash as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.
Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.
percentage ratios means the figures, expressed as a percentage, resulting from each of the following calculations:
Adjusted Dilution Ratio means, at any time, the rolling average of the Dilution Ratio for the 12 Calculation Periods then most recently ended.
