Application Processing Time: 2 Months
Step 1 - Month 1
An application for an entry visa must be sent to the Greek consulate authority in the applicant's home country. Begin gathering the required documentation for your Golden Visa application. Please fill out an application and submit it to every Alien and Immigration Department. The applicant receives a receipt confirming the submission of the application, which is valid for one year after it is submitted. The time it takes to process the application varies depending on the authority to which it was submitted, but it should not take more than two months until the competent authority has received all relevant documents.
Step 2 - Month 3
The authorities grant a one-year certificate after obtaining the application and all necessary documents. Certificate holders are entitled to the advantages of the residence permit they have applied for before it is issued. When you arrive, A third-country national who intends to own real estate property, lease hotel accommodations, or rent furnished tourist residences and has entered the country legally must complete the requisite acts to apply for a residency permit before the entry visa expires.
Step 3 - Month 4
After the Ministry of Migration Policy's Directorate for Migration Policy verifies that the application meets all requirements, the applicant will be asked to submit his biometrics before a five-year residency permit is issued.
CONDITIONS

INITIAL PERMIT
- The Greece Golden Visa is classified as a permanent residence permit by the Greek government, but it is essentially a 5-year temporary resident permit. If you choose the business option, you can extend the license for another five years if the same conditions are met. The residence permit for real estate investors can be renewed every five years. The following needs must be met to renew the residency permit: -The applicant must retain full ownership of the real estate land. The leases/contracts in question must be active. The resale of real estate property to another third-country resident during the time that the residence permit is valid grants the new owner the right to a residence permit while simultaneously robbing the seller's residence permit. Absences from the country do not prevent the residency permit from being renewed. You may also apply for permanent residency in Greece, which would remove all restrictions on the investment. You may not need to be a permanent resident to qualify for citizenship.
PERMANENT RESIDENCY
- Residency Requirement:
5 years of residency with an annual absence of fewer than six months and an overall absence of fewer than ten months. - Health Test:
