I’ve posted before about great online business ideas (which you should check out). But what about those of you who aren’t about the digital world and are simply looking for easy ways to make cash while keeping your job. Don’t worry I’ve got some great answers for you too. Here are the ways I was able to make tons of extra cash while still working my regular day job.

1. Rover
For those of you who don’t know or have never heard of Rover, let me fill you in. Rover is the #1 dog walking/sitting app in the world. It’s a pet care system that connects per owners in your area with you as a walker or sitter. You determine your prices, hours, and services all through the app. The choice to accept or decline a potential client is completely up to you. No matter how busy your schedule is you decide when you want to walk, check-in on, or board a dog. It’s a super simple and easy way to make great cash simply walking your neighbors dogs. My wife and I have done this for years now and it’s eliminated our car insurance expenses!!! Just walking a few dogs 30 min each on weekdays. In can’t get any easier than that and if you’re an animal lover o highly recommend this.
2. Notary/Loan Singing Agent
This is likely one you\"ve never heard of or considered and understandably so. When people think of a notary they envision someone who signs their name on official documents such as a last will and testament or divorce papers, and you’d be right! A notary’s job is to validate the credentials of the person or persons signing official documents and to make sure the documents are signed correctly. Truthfully not a difficult job and becoming a notary is even easier than that. Each state is different but generally you need only be at least 18 years of age, be a legal resident of your state, and have no criminal record. You apply through your state and are then sworn in as a Notary Public. Once you receive your stamp you’re good to go! But the real money isn’t in watching people sign their divorce papers, it’s in becoming a loan signing agent. Signing agentsare notaries public, who usually have experience and/or training concerning the proper execution ofloandocuments and are hired by mortgage companies, escrow companies, title companies, andsigningservices to identifyloandocuments, obtain the necessary signatures. Typically the signing agent determines his/her own price per page of the document being signed. Some of these documents get pretty large and you can make up to $200 per signing! Just to sit with a client and sign your name next to theirs. It may be an hour or two appointment, but you can’t beat that kinda money for such easy work!
3. Selling on Craigslist
Now I know what you’re thinking, “Duh...” but hear me out this ones too simple and too good to pass up. Craigslist has a “For Free” section. You can find anything from broken TV’s to pets people don’t want any more. The real gold mine is in furniture. People are constantly moving and in a hurry to get rid of old furniture. They list it for free and leave it at the end of the driveway. All you have to do is drive down and pick it up. So where’s the money in this? Well, you pick up that piece of furniture and maybe it could use a coat of varnish or furniture polish. So, you take it to your garage and spruce the thing up and BAM! It’s like new. Then you take some great pictures of the thing and you list on Craigslist, Facebook market place, eBay, wherever! Before you know it in one Saturday you’ve made $300 bucks selling old furniture that you got for FREE! It’s an incredible system, so easy to do, and incredible ROI. You can’t lose!
