Our client, an international machine equipment supplier, based in Denmark, is looking for a VP Finance (m/f/d) ad interim for one global BU (1500 employees). The former VP Finance moved to the next role but is still around.

The focus of the role is purely FP&A (Finance Planning & Analysis).

Role

• Finance business partner for one global BU (1500 people)
  
• Only FP&A
  
• Operational work to be performed, but transformation activities are pending
  
• Focus not about closing or running the finance machine, but focusing on understanding what’s going on behind the numbers and needs financial & business acumen (e.g. how to link engineering resource needs with production volume, etc.)
  
• No new drumbeat needed but rather an “insights-generator”
  
• Managing around 15 people in the department
