Ideal for sealing wood, concrete, pavers, tiles and grout, laminates and more. May be used as a wood floor finish or as a sealer finish for polished concrete. Eco-Poly is also used over previously painted, stained, or sealed surfaces and may be tinted as a color sealer.
Description
Eco-Poly™ Polyurethane Sealer & Floor Finish is a high performance, non toxic water repellant, waterproofing sealer formulated with an advanced plant-based polyurethane technology. This sustainable polyurethane wood sealer, floor finish, and concrete sealer delivers a non-yellowing crystal clear protective finish with excellent UV resistance. We also incorporate hard solvent free resins for outstanding scratch resistance and chemical resistance.
Our advanced polyurethane is formulated with plant based ingredients that replaces toxic petrochemicals. It adds excellent high flexural strength that is crack resistant. Eco-Poly™is formulated to be durable, beautiful and safe for interior or exterior projects, making it one the most versatile high performance sealers available.
Eco-Poly™ is the best concrete sealer and best wood floor sealer to use when you desire a matte, satin, or gloss finish that provides a thin multi-layer surface barrier with excellent water beading and chemical resistance. This virtually odorless clear sealant is best applied with a microfiber mop using the same methods used when applying a floor finish. You may also use a 1/4" low nap roller, or spray with a fine tip airless or an HVLP sprayer. Polyurethanes are intended to be applied in very thin layers to allow proper curing and harder finish. When applied correctly, dry times and return to service are the quickest in the industry. Always apply a minimum of two thin (2) coats for optimum film and sealing function.
Long term maintenance and care is a breeze. Our hard resins allow you to high speed burnish to restore the original luster or you may refresh the finish with a periodic maintenance coat. You never have to worry about accidental combustion or residual toxic offgassing as with many competitive sealers. Application Coats: Minimum 2 Thin Coats at 1-3 wet mils per coat
(Note: Polyurethanes require multiple thin coats for optimum dry time, cure, and hardness, otherwise tackiness will occur)

We used this to finish cork floor tiles that already had a finish but needed sealing. This really elevated the look and so far seems to have increased durability. Really easy to apply with a mop.

We used it as the first coat on some reclaimed lumber then applied two coats of the Eco Tuff Clear Coat. Worked really well. Smells good and super easy to clean up!
