What are Data Explorers?
"Data Explorer" refers to any self service tool to display or make data easily accessible to users. The Department has developed multiple data explorers, some of which are listed on this page.
The Federal Student Aid Data Center is the centralized source for information relating to the federal financial assistance programs. The information available in the Data Center is divided into the following four categories: student aid data, school data, Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program Lender and Guaranty Agency Reports, and Business Information Resources.
