Examples of Class P Unit in a sentence
At any time, at the Manager’s election and sole discretion, the Manager or its designee shall be issued one (1) Class P Unit of the Series, and the distributions for the Promoted Interest shall paid as distributions to and on behalf of such Class P Unit.
The holder of the Class P Unit shall have no other rights as a member and shall not be entitled to any other distributions.

The Class P Common Units constituting each of your Class P Unit Grants are subject to the terms and conditions of the LPAs, including, but not limited to, the vesting and forfeiture terms set forth therein.
The Selling Stockholder Shares, other than any Warrant Shares, Paired Interest Shares and the Class P Unit Shares included in the Selling Stockholder Shares, are validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable.
