Customer Enrollment Required
SiriusXM Guardian is a suite of connected vehicle services delivered through Brand Connect®, designed to keep the customer connected to their drive so they are never alone on the road ahead. SiriusXM Guardian is available through Brand Connect® on select Model Year 2023 vehicles.
How to activate the complimentary 12-month SiriusXM Guardian trial using the OS+ tool and from the car:
On OS+ (PREFERRED METHOD)
With Customer’s Consent, do the following:
1. In the OS+ delivery checklist, select Activate Services.
2. Enter the customer’s email and name, mobile number, and verify that they are 18 years or older.
3. Scroll down to allow them to review the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy. If the customer agrees, have them click the “I Agree” button.
4. Click the “Activate Services” button.
5. Your customer will instantly receive a text message with a link to set up Brand Connect App credentials. Follow the enrollment process: Create a Password > PIN > Select a Security Question. The last step will help your customer download the Brand Connect App.
6. If mobile number was skipped or incorrect number was entered, your customer will receive an email message with a link from Mopar to set up Brand Connect App credentials. Follow the enrollment process: Create a Password > PIN > Select a Security Question. The last step will help your customer download the Brand Connect App .

IN-VEHICLE ACTIVATION
1. Push either the “Assist Button” or “GO Activate Services” in Apps section
2. Select “Get Connected”
3. Select “Start Trial”
4. Enter mobile number and push “OK”
5. A text message with a link will be sent to the mobile number used. Click on the link and enter the authorization code shown on the radio screen.
6. Follow the enrollment process: Create a Password > PIN > Select a Security Question.
7. The last step will help your customer download the Brand Connect App.

Ensure the customer downloads the Brand Connect App to use remote services.
Once the customer enrolls, they will login with their Owner Account login and password and will need their 4-digit SiriusXM Guardian PIN to use remote services. Available features on the Brand Connect App include: Remote Vehicle Start, Remote Door Lock/Unlock, Remote Horn & Lights, Send & Go, Vehicle Finder, Speed Alert, Boundary Alert, Curfew Alert, Valet Alert, and Search & Go.

Automatic SOS**
A hands-free safety service that can immediately connect you with a live agent when your airbags deploy. Even if you’re unable to respond, we can still send help. A trained agent will contact you, alert emergency services and direct them to your vehicle’s GPS location.
SOS Call
If you get into an accident, we provide your GPS location to emergency services and stay on the line with you until help arrives.
Roadside Assistance Call
Just press the ASSIST button in your vehicle followed by Roadside Assistance on your screen to get help. You have 24/7 access to an agent who can direct help to your GPS location.

Monthly Vehicle Health Report
Vehicle Health Report sends an email summary of your vehicle’s key diagnostics every month so you can stay on top of your vehicle’s key systems.
Vehicle Health Alert
Receive an email and/or text alert if a problem is detected with one of your vehicle’s key diagnostic systems.
Performance Pages Plus
(SRT vehicles only)
This add-on bonus to the Performance Pages app gives you the flexibility to save your best results to the web anytime, anywhere — on and off the track.

You can get a notification if your vehicle breaks curfew. Just pick a time and set up your alert.
Search & Go**
Provides online search functionality using the vehicle’s built-in 4G connectivity to search and find the most up-to-date location information. Customers can use voice search or their touchscreen to find the hottest new restaurants or store openings that may not be available through their in-vehicle navigation.

Rest your worries with the SiriusXM Guardian security package, which includes features designed to keep you connected to your car.
Stolen Vehicle Assistance
We use GPS to pinpoint your vehicle’s exact location and help the police quickly recover it.
Theft Alarm Notification**
Receive an alert to your phone if your vehicle’s alarm is triggered.
