Overall it was good , some days better than others but I will say it is very draining sometimes. A lot of times it felt like my energy was being drained each day but I guess the free meals make up for it.

The first year I was in Chipotle, the company greatly valued their quality of work and assuring the entire staff are like a family. There were many meetings before the start o the shift to come upon an agreement to their work focus of the day. This created a tremendous environment for people to work and stay in moving forward. However, Chipotle underwent many higher management changes, and the work environment changed to a setting that one comes does his work and leaves, decreasing the family culture in the company.

My experience has been good and shaky. I have dealt with fairly nice managers as well as rude managers. I learned a lot and eventually applied to a different chipotle in the next town over. Through this I have gained a lot of experience and I am very happy at my new store.

Working as a crew member in stores makes me feel very safe. The people who are working with me are very friendly. They always reach out to help and helps me if I struggle with something. The work environment is very safe and I absolutely love it.

Chipotle was a job I enjoyed. They weren't good at training properly or awarding their employees accordingly. The atmosphere was almost always great even when we had busy days. The only other complaint I have is the inconsistency with managers. There was always a new one sometimes employees had to teach them how to appropriately do their job.

It's not bad, I just work the shift with only hispanics and I dont speak spanish! Also they don't give me a lot of hours to work, or a consistent work schedule.

Working at Chipotle has been the best experience I could ask for. Our company has great managers and higher ups that genuinely care and help their employees. I am extremely proud to be part of the Chipotle team.

I worked at the one in San Luis Obispo, which was super busy with lots of college students. Overall, the work environment was good but I feel that a lot of times we didn't have enough people working to deal with the hecticness.

I like the management, however, I would like to see more structured hours and more effort from all employees.

I really like the work environment created by the other crew members in the space. A lot of the time, they are pretty chill and understanding whenever I don't now what to do. However, training is somewhat limited and because of that I can't get the hours I want.

The work place is extremely demanding of students and often times schedules a large amount of hours each week. Constant orders are being placed and the management is oftentimes lackluster. I would like leniency to students to be improved.

It is a good first job because you get to experience customer service and have the ability to learn to cook. You also learn cleanliness and responsibility.

Overall fun to work in but can be a bit stressful since the place is always understaffed. I feel connected with my coworkers and the managers are easy to talk to. It's a great entry job for myself as a high schooler balancing work and school.

Over the four years I've been working there. I had my ups and downs but over all its really nice working there. If you really give it your all chipotle gives back in mind. They have a program that helps with college tuition. I've used it twice for summer school. And it was really helpful. I also love how diverse it is working. Meeting different people from different cultures and ethnicities has really amazing and eye opening. Really shows how big the world actually is. I personally work at a really busy location in Allen park so I had to give it my all feel the start. But I feel like it always paid off. I have a flexible schedule, Good pay, and not to mention fantastic people to work with.

I like the environment and workers they are good people. My problem is that they don't offer enough support for all of us at work. They also don't want to pay us more. I am a part time worker, I do attend college, its just not enough for what I do at the job. We shouldn't have a store have 5-6 people running a store making 14,000 dollars a day. It's a little difficult to deal with that and school at the same time. I might leave soon if they don't make a change

Im currently a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle by my school. I just got promoted to this manager position and i couldnt be more happier. I enjoy teaching new people the ways of chipotle and how to make the food and then getting to serve it to people. There are many people who come in on a regular and seeing their face when getting their food makes me happy to see knowing i made their food the correct way. There are many improvements that could be had at this job such as better communication with other employees and talking to people with respect.

Everyone has been so friendly. Customers are 50/50 in terms of good and bad. Pay is mediocre as a regular crew member.

I really enjoy working here. My only complaint is that hours are constantly being cut. It can be hard being a student who has to pay for school. I love what I do everyday and I enjoy the people I work with.
