Chegg Books disappoints with subpar service. Shipping delays and unreliable tracking make it frustrating to receive textbooks on time. The promised quality often falls short, with books showing wear and tear. Customer support is unresponsive, exacerbating the overall poor experience. Better alternatives exist for hassle-free textbook purchases.

They Don’t always pay what they say they will for buybacks

I have sold my books on their site before and they don't always pay you what they say they are going to and you can't do anything about it once you ship the book.

Its a great way to save money!

Using Chegg is a great way to find used textbooks for a cheaper price!! Easy on the budget and gives you the tools you need in order to succeed in college. 100% recommend, I will be using it in the future

Save your Money!

Chegg has saved me a lot of time and money when it comes to getting books for different classes. If you're like me you don't want to have to hold onto books that you only had to get for a class, so chegg is perfect for that because you send it back right after the semester. Chegg has also saved me a lot of money throughout my college experience.

Great for homework help

I haven’t used Chegg for textbook rentals, but I have used them for homework help and feedback regarding concepts I’ve needed additional support on. It’s a great service when college tutors and professors were not available, especially during COVID. I recommend it, as the service fee isn’t that expensive.
